The challenge was centred around creating more engagement and hype for their products and exponentially improving community management and customer service on their social media platforms in the UAE. Their content lacked a “lifestyle” element and interaction with the audience.

Our Solution

The solution was to implement a content strategy that included more “lifestyle” and “relatable” content in order to be more in line with our audience. We started using different, trending formats for content creation such as Lives, IGTV and Reels. Community management is actively replying to enquiries, requests, issues and complaints in both DMs and comments across the 3 main platforms: Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

We provided content creation, copywriting, post promotion and community management to this client, along with live coverage for their Middle East launch event for their latest flagship models: Xiaomi 11T Series.
